shipping policy

most items i offer can be shipped worldwide. for items shipped to alaska and hawaii, i must charge additional shipping as they are more expensive to ship to. if you an international bidder and you contact me before bidding, i can let you know if the item you are interested in is something i am able to ship and how much it would be. keep in mind that heavier items can be quite expensive to ship overseas. shipping charges shown on the auction page do not apply to international bidders...you must contact me for a shipping quote. many items i carry ship directly from the manufacturer. i place manufacturer orders immediately after your payment is made and/or cleared. for shipments that come directly from me, i do post office runs on saturdays. all of my items come with automatic free insurance. i do not charge you extra for it and in most cases, i will even give you a tracking number so you can follow your order.

payment terms

paypal is my preferred method of payment. i accept any form of payment from their website (credit card, echeck, paypal balance, etc). i can accept money orders or cashier's checks but would appreciate being notified first that this method of payment is being chosen. please understand that if you choose any payment method other than paypal, your order will take longer to fulfill due to mailing and processing times. i do require payment within 3 days of auction close. if you need more time to pay, please let me know before you bid. as long as your time request is reasonable, i will accept it.

return policy

i want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. because of this, i do offer a return policy on most items. items that pose a potential hygenic risk (for example, earrings which have been worn) cannot be returned. if you find that you do need to make a return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. i will need to issue you a return authorization number and provide return instructions. please remember that if you need to return an item for any reason other than defective or broken, i must charge a 15% restocking fee. you will be reimbursed the cost of the item & shipping less 15%. if you need to get a replacement for any reason, please contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on receiving your replacement. no restocking fee is charged for replacements.
