after placing your order on ebay, please email us your applicable custom selections
   • yellow gold or white gold. platinum is also available at a higher price. all jewellery is exclusively in 18 karat gold
   • if you ordered a ring, please let us know your finger size. available sizes in women's rings are 4.5 to 10.5 us sizing, in 0.25 increments. men's rings are available in 7.5 to 12.0. please call for pricing on larger sizes.
   • if you ordered a pendant or necklace, please let us know your chain size. available chain sizes are 16 inches, 18 inches, or 20 inches. custom lengths are also available, please call for pricing.
   • if you ordered a bracelet, please let us know your wrist size.

once we receive your payment and these custom details from you, we will begin the manufacturing process for your jewellery. orders will be sent out within 10 business days.

   • payment is expected immediately after purchase. if you cannot make payment right away for any reason, please let us know ahead of time.
   • we accept paypal, and all credit/debit card bearing visa, mastercard, american express and discover logo.
   • we ship to all us paypal confirmed addresses.
   • if your jewellery is made to order, it will be shipped within 10 business days from the day we receive your cleared payment and customization details
   • if you wish to pay by paypal e-check, be advised that production of your item will not begin until payment has cleared.
   • all us orders will be shipped via fedex express 2day service (free), or fedex standard overnight at an additional charge. insurance is included at no extra charge.

   • we accept all credit/debit card bearing visa, mastercard, american express and discover logo. at this time, we cannot accept paypal from buyers overseas.
   • all shipments will be sent via fedex international priority, insurance included. please use ebay's ups shipping calculator to calculate your cost.

in the unlikely case that you would want to return your premier moissanite jewellery, we offer a 14-day return policy on all items.

   • all returns must be accompanied by an rma number. please call or email us for an rma number.
   • merchandise must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition.
   • the customer is reponsible for the return shipment as well as the return shipping charges.
   • please insure the return package, for the full price paid after all promotions, and return via either ups or fedex, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
   • we must be notified within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. we will not accept any return request after 14 days.
   • we will charge a flat 15% cancellation fee if the customer cancels an order after we began the production process and before the item was shipped.
   • there will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns, including packages refused upon delivery. if a piece is found to be damaged by the wearer upon inspection, additional restocking fees up to 55% will apply.

   • warranty - our moissanite always comes with the certificate of authenticity and limited warranty from the creators of the jewel, charles and colvard. this warranty promises to replace the moissanite in your jewellery in the unlikely event that it loses its fire or brilliance. this warranty does not cover loss of fire or brilliance due to user inflicted damage such as chipping, scratching, or breaking.

   • disclaimer - some of the moissanite jewels in our photos are retouched in order to show the fire and scintillation that cannot be captured by still photos. all moissanite weights are presented in their diamond equivalent weights, by volume.
