we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if for whatever reason you don't want to keep the item you purchased, return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  we will not charge you a restocking fee.  all returns must include the certificate of authenticity.  we are not able to accept refunds that have been modified in any way.  ring sizings done by us are not considered modifications.  refunds will be granted within 10 days of receipt in the same form that your payment was made.
